Ticket and event guidelines:

  1. No refunds once ticket number confirmation email has been sent.
  2. Tickets have no monetary value.
  3. Each ticket has a 1 in 700 chance of winning assuming all tickets are sold. Odds improve if tickets do not sell out.
  4. All tickets, whether purchased through online registration or in person, submitted for drawing are the same with their own individual number. Ticket administrator will complete purchaser information on assigned ticket(s) purchaser stub(s) within 1 business day, communicate ticket number(s) to purchaser via email confirmation, and place event stubs in holding with all other purchased ticket stubs until drawing date.
  5. Drawing will be conducted manually with physical tickets on 11 May 2024 at 10:00am at American Legion Post 113 in Elizabethtown, KY.
  6. Transfer of firearm will be handled by Sportsman Rod & Gun in Elizabethtown, KY.

Ticket holder guidelines: 

  1. Must pass background check per state law to take possession of firearm.
  2. Must be 21 or older to purchase.
  3. Ticket holder need not be present to win.
  4. Winner will be contacted by phone if not present at time of drawing.
